At Orient Crafts Museum, we strive to ensure that every handcrafted product reaches you in pristine condition. If you are not satisfied due to transit damage or incorrect delivery, you may request an exchange under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are processed strictly in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective during transit.
- You received an artwork differing from your order invoice.
- Requests for exchange must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
- Customized or made-to-order bespoke commissioned sculptures are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for exchange.
- Our master artisans and dispatch coordinators will review the request and schedule a courier pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the item at our workshop, the replacement item will be carved/packed and dispatched with expedited priority.
- We will ship the replacement item at our cost if the exchange is due to our error or transit breakage.

Exchange Limitations
Exchanges are valid for the same product model or an alternative catalog artwork of equivalent value. If a higher value item is selected, the price difference must be settled prior to dispatch.
