1 Order Cancellation Window

• Orders for catalog stock products can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without any cancellation fee.
• Once an order is custom sculpted, cut, packed, or dispatched via courier, cancellation will no longer be possible.
• To request an immediate cancellation, please call us or email [email protected] with your Order ID.

2 Refund Settlement

For orders cancelled within the eligible window, a 100% full refund will be automatically reversed to your original source of payment within 5–7 business days.
