- Images displayed are for reference purposes; the final handcrafted piece may vary slightly in natural stone grain, wood texture, and patina.

Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise explicitly specified for international export invoices.
- Applicable GST taxes and shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
- Payments must be completed through the verified secure channels and payment gateways integrated on our platform.

Orders & Acceptance
- All placed orders are subject to stock availability verification and formal acceptance by Orient Crafts Museum.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the raw materials or artisans are unavailable, payment is unauthorized, or in case of suspected fraud.
- Once an order is confirmed, an official electronic receipt and dispatch itinerary will be emailed to your registered address.

Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch items within the promised fabrication schedule. Actual delivery windows vary based on domestic/overseas destination pin codes.
- Orient Crafts Museum is not responsible for transit disruptions resulting from regional weather anomalies, customs delays, or courier force majeure.
- For international exports, overseas customs tariffs, import taxes, and port handling charges are payable by the consignee.

Returns & Refunds
- We accept return claims exclusively if a piece arrives damaged in transit or an incorrect catalog item was dispatched.
- Clients must formally report the issue within 7 days of unboxing with photographic/unboxing video proof.
- Refunds or artisan replacements will be issued following prompt inspection. Customized or bespoke commissioned temple sculptures are non-returnable.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual assets, high-resolution sculpture photographs, text descriptions, motifs, architectural schematics, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of Orient Crafts Museum. Unauthorized commercial duplication or re-hosting is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright Laws.

Liability Limitation & Governing Law
Orient Crafts Museum's total cumulative liability is strictly capped at the invoiced monetary value of the purchased artwork. These terms are governed under Indian jurisprudence, and all legal disputes are subject exclusively to the competent courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
