1 Order Processing Timelines

• Ready Inventory: Orders for existing gallery sculptures and paintings are processed and packed within 2–5 business days following payment confirmation.
• Custom & Monumental Commissions: Bespoke temple stone carvings, large brass deities, or custom Pattachitra scrolls require 2–6 weeks of dedicated craftsmanship depending on dimensional complexity.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or national gazetted holidays.

Each stone, brass, wood, and fiber artwork is fortified inside high-density multi-bubble wrapping, corner shock-absorbers, moisture-barrier shrink wrap, and packed into reinforced wooden crates certified for international transit.

4 Real-Time Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Immediately upon dispatch, you will receive an automated dispatch notification on WhatsApp and Email containing your active Air Waybill (AWB) tracking link.

5 Damaged or Lost Consignments

In the rare event of transit mishandling, please inspect your package upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photographs/videos. We will promptly initiate repair, replacement, or insurance reimbursement.
